The nurses suggested that i paint the bandage red, and pretend to be a reindeer. I said, i am more the size of Santa. I am doing well and i do not have to have plastic surgery. that is an answered prayer.

Basal Cell Carcenoma

It has been a while since my last blog. On December 8 i will have a basal cell carcenoma removed from the side of my nose. (see photo of my nose). i will keep a photo journal of my experience in this procedure. If the Doctor takes a lot of my skin off i will have to go back the next day a see a plastic surgeon. His name is Dr. Etai Funk. Pray for my full recovery.

HOT TEXAS

If you do not already know, it is HOT here in Texas. To beat the heat we (my wife and I) get up early and launch the boat and take a ride by water to the IHOP for an early, cool, breakfast. Here are some Pics of us and friends going to IHOP.

CROSS COUNTRY MOVE

A close friend of mine and his family are moving from one coast to the other. They asked me how can they find out the areas of their new town to consider when looking for a new home. They feel like the real estate agents they talk to are biased to their own areas they work in. I suggested that they call a random real estate appraiser and visit with them. Ask the appraiser to name the top 5 areas that they could recommend. Appraisers work with lenders and real estate profesional and are generally unbiased. I will let you know if my freind was sussesful.

My First Blog

This is my first time to set up a Blog. I am a 55 year old man and I am not sure what I am doing or how to do it.

There are a couple of reasons I want to create this Blog. One is to have fun. The second is to share my experiences in real estate with you so you can make good decisions. The Third reason is to share random thoughts about life that I find to be true.
